1. Service overview
Inspectaweld provides a visual weld inspection service that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyse photographs of welds against industry guidance such as AWS D1.1 and ISO 5817. Results are produced automatically by an AI model and are intended as a supporting tool, not a substitute for a qualified human inspector.
2. AI-assisted analysis
Verdicts, confidence scores, defect classifications and remediation tips are generated by an AI system. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying any safety-critical decision with a competent person and the applicable standards before acting on a report.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to upload only images you have the right to use, and not to misuse the service to attempt to evade safety, quality, or regulatory requirements.
4. Subscriptions and scans
Paid plans, scan limits, rollovers, and add-ons are described on the pricing page. Annual plans are billed once per year, in advance.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspectaweld is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated inspection results. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
